Our focus is portable and connected electronics: Bluetooth speakers and headphones, TWS earbuds, power banks and USB-C chargers, cables and adapters, LED lighting, and smart-home devices such as WiFi plugs, sensors and cameras.

We also source phone and tablet accessories, gaming peripherals, dashcams and wearables. For many of these categories, Shenzhen offers ready-made ODM platforms that can carry your branding, custom retail packaging and adapted feature sets.

When you are building a fully bespoke product, we work with OEM factories that combine PCB assembly (SMT), injection moulding for enclosures and final assembly under one roof.

Electronics for the EU market must carry the CE mark. Depending on the product, several directives apply at once: the EMC Directive, the Low Voltage Directive, and for anything that transmits (Bluetooth, WiFi, 2.4 GHz dongles) the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). RoHS restricts heavy metals and flame retardants, while REACH covers substances such as plasticisers in cables.

We insist on complete technical documentation: test reports from accredited labs, a Declaration of Conformity (DoC), schematics and a bill of materials. Under the GPSR regulation, every product needs a responsible economic operator in the EU and dependable traceability.

A common pitfall is lithium cells: for power banks and devices with a built-in battery we require UN 38.3 transport reports and, where relevant, IEC 62133 cell certificates. Without them, air freight and sometimes sea freight will be refused.

We start with a filtered supplier search on the ground in Guangdong, checking business licences, export history and existing certificates before any sampling begins. Trading-only outfits with no real production capability are screened out early.

Before production we have functional samples tested and, where needed, engage an independent pre-certification lab. During production we run in-line inspection and a final AQL goods check (typically per ISO 2859-1), including function, charging and heat-rise testing.

We stage payments and tie the balance to passing final inspection. You receive photo reports and test records before the goods leave the factory.

Our team sits in the Pearl River Delta and negotiates in Mandarin directly on the factory floor. That drastically shortens communication compared with email-only contact and surfaces problems before they arrive in a container.
