Our range spans folding cartons and corrugated boxes, premium rigid gift boxes and mailers, through to labels, hang tags, pouches, stand-up pouches and tissue paper. We add finishes such as hot foil stamping, blind embossing, UV varnish, soft-touch lamination and spot UV.

Guangdong with Guangzhou, Dongguan and Shenzhen is the hub for premium packaging print and assembly, Wenzhou is strong in labels and folding cartons, and Shanghai in demanding offset print. We select the printer by substrate, run length and finish.

For packaging, colour accuracy determines the brand impression. We work with Pantone references, request a physical proof and approve only after a colour-accurate check. ISO 12647 serves as the process standard for offset printing.

For food and cosmetics packaging, material compliance and migration limits are central: we secure conformity to EU 1935/2004 and FDA where relevant and arrange migration testing. We evidence sustainability through FSC-certified papers and recyclable materials.

Since the GPSR took effect we ensure correct labelling including manufacturer details and, where relevant, an EU responsible person. Typical QC points are registration, die-cut accuracy, glue areas and scratch resistance of the finish.

We start from your artwork or dieline, check bleed, colour space and finishing layers, and gather quotes from suitable printers. Before production you receive a physical proof or a white dummy for approval.

During production we check colour against the approved proof, verify die-cut, gluing and dimensions to AQL and document the batch. We pack for transport safety and arrange sea or air freight.

Packaging is often underestimated: small colour or registration errors devalue the entire brand presentation. Our team inspects physical samples on the ground and approves only when colour and finish are right.
