We cover the full range of metal and plastic industrial parts: CNC turned and milled parts in aluminium, stainless steel and brass, aluminium die casting, sand and gravity casting, sheet metal forming, laser and stamped parts, and plastic injection moulding. We also source standard parts such as fasteners, bearings, seals, springs and gears.

Suppliers in the Yangtze Delta around Ningbo, Cixi and Suzhou specialise in precision machining and forming, while the Pearl River Delta around Dongguan and Shenzhen excels in plastic injection moulding and electromechanics. We select the factory to match material, tolerance class and volume.

For industrial parts, dimensional accuracy and material traceability determine usability. We require material certificates (3.1 to EN 10204), verify critical dimensions with a first article inspection report, and arrange PPAP documentation where needed. For EU distribution we secure CE marking, RoHS and REACH conformity, and the GPSR requirements applicable from 2024.

Typical risks include material substitution (for example a lower-grade steel than specified), burrs on cast and stamped parts, and deviations in surface treatment such as anodising or zinc plating. Our QC addresses these with incoming material testing, measurement protocols and coating thickness checks.

For safety-relevant components we clarify the applicable directives up front, such as the Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC or the Pressure Equipment Directive, so the documentation is complete from the start.

We start from your technical drawing or 3D model, clarify tolerances, material and finish, and gather comparable quotes from several pre-qualified factories. After factory selection we manage tooling, first article and approval.

Before series start we run a first article inspection with a measurement protocol and material certificate. During production we perform in-line and final checks to AQL and document every batch. We arrange shipping by sea or air including customs classification.
